The best time depends on what you want to experience. June is ideal for the Great Migration’s Grumeti River crossings in the Western Corridor. August–September brings the iconic Mara River crossings in the northern Serengeti. December–January is calving season on the southern plains, one of the most extraordinary wildlife spectacles of the year.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. In some cases, you may need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before travelling.

Yes, generally you should, but there is never a guarantee and rhino’s are scarce. If you add the Laikipia region to your itinerary, which is in the northern part of Kenya, chances are very good that you see rhino too.
